RNC Warning the Public About Counterfeit Canadian $100.00 Bills

St. John's N.L - On Friday (April 18), The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) wants to advise the general public and businesses about counterfeit Canadian $100.00 bills, being circulated in the metro region. The bills appear to be movie production money, of poor paper quality, and with spelling mistakes. The RNC ask if any person or business receives or has a person attempt to pass this as legitimate money, to call the RNC immediately at (709) 729-8000.
